Landlan Realty & Development Participates in Orientation on CREATE MORE Act, SIPP, and RBE Reportorial Requirements

As part of Landlan's commitment to staying aligned with the latest policies shaping investment and development in the national government, our team recently participated in a two-day orientation entitled CREATE MORE Act (RA 12066), the Strategic Investment Priority Plan (SIPP), and RBE Reportorial Forms, organized by the Bangsamoro Board of Investments (BBOI). The event was held at Blue Lotus Hotel, Davao City, and was attended by various registered business enterprises (RBEs) operating in the region. The orientation provided comprehensive updates and guidance from expert speakers from BOI-Manila, ensuring participants were well-versed in the latest regulations and opportunities.

The discussions clarified key provisions and new tax incentives designed to encourage and sustain investments. Insights into the SIPP helped businesses understand priority sectors and how to align projects with national and regional development goals. Furthermore, the orientation offered clarifications on updated compliance obligations for RBEs, a vital step for maintaining good standing and availing of incentives. Our team's participation deepened our understanding of the evolving investment landscape, strengthening our commitment to contributing to the economic growth and sustainable development of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). We extend our appreciation to BBOI and BOI-Manila for leading this initiative and fostering an environment that promotes collaboration and partnership between government agencies and the business sector.
